The 18th edition of the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition (DJWE), Qatar's longest-running and most-anticipated business event, kicked off at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) on Monday. The highly anticipated event, organised by Qatar Tourism, will run till Saturday, May 14. Global brands and up -coming designers come together under one roof to show off their stunning collections to visitors and jewellery aficionados alike.

Alia Bhatt is considered to be Bollywood's most promising face at the moment. She was invited to Qatar for the opening of the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition. She chose all-white attire with striking diamond jewellery for her outfit of the day, which was just appropriate for the occasion. Alia shared photos of herself wearing an ivory jacket with one side sleeve and one side maxi length cape on Instagram. Two large pockets, front buttons, and wide collars were also included in the blazer. Alia wore her jacket with a pair of ivory high-waist pants with a flared hem, a loose fit, and side pockets. Her outfit is worth Rs.1.15 lakh and comes from Harith Hashim's shelves.

 

 

Alia chose a diamond necklace with green emeralds and matching diamond earrings to complement her all-white look. She used a shimmering nude eye-shadow, eyeliner, and a lot of mascara, and matte dull orange lipstick with blush. Her glossy makeup was completed with a highlighter, heavy brows, and hair put in a sloppy ponytail. Her outfit was elevated by her black heels. The actor captioned the post, “A beautiful day in Doha with some French fries and Poha. Such an honour to inaugurate DJWE2022 and experience the exquisite jewellery and watches.”

 

And meanwhile, Alia has a number of exciting films in the works. The actress is currently filming with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's next film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She will also star alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy in Ayan Mukerji's much-anticipated fantasy drama Brahmastra. The project will be Alia's first onscreen collaboration with her husband Ranbir, with the first instalment set to hit theatres on September 9th. Alia is also going to star alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in the film Heart of Stone. Alia has also announced her debut as a producer, with Darlings being the first film under her banner, starring herself and Vijay Varma.
