Zarina Wahab plays Priyanka's mother-in-law in Dil Dhadakne Do

Earlier, we had reported about how Zarina Wahab has been bonding with Anil Kapoor on the sets of Dil Dhadakne Do, who has also been her co-star in one of the plays which she had performed. Now, Zarina, who will be seen in a small but an important role in the film, gets an opportunity to play the mother-in-law of Priyanka Chopra.

 

She will now be seen as Priyanka's nagging mother-in-law and Rahul Bose's mother. She said that her character constantly keeps complaining about almost everything in the film. Zarina, who is excited about her role, stated that even though it wasn't a big role, she decided to do it because she is in awe of Zoya's work and that this also gave her an opportunity to travel in a cruise liner.

Produced by Excel Entertainment, Dil Dhadakne Do also stars Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Anil Kapoor in prominent roles. The film is slated to release on June 5, 2015.
