Twinkle Khanna gets court relief
The legal battle between Twinkle Khanna, daughter of late actor Rajesh Khanna, and Anita Advani, his alleged live-in partner, continues to make headlines. In a recent development, the Bombay High Court has heeded Twinkle Khanna's appeal to put a stay on the order that requires her to hand over a copy of the probate proceedings of her father's will to Anita Advani. Furthermore, the court has also stayed its previous order that permits Anita Advani to get a copy of the will itself.
Reportedly, Twinkle Khanna, wife of actor Akshay Kumar made the appeal based on the fact that Advani is not a member of her family. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Advani said, "We are now going to challenge the said order and then file a petition for revocation of the probate and the will."Twinkle Khanna gets court relief
