Supreme Court intervenes in Akshay Kumar, Dimple Kapadia and Anita Advani's legal battle

After the High Court quashed the case filed by Anita Advani against Dimple Kapadia, her daughter Twinkle Khanna and son-in-law Akshay Kumar over domestic violence, the Supreme Court has, reportedly, decided to continue the case and has issued notice against the three.

 

Reportedly, the Supreme Court headed has even challenged the Bombay High Court over quashing the complaint of Anita Advani. More than a year ago, Anita Advani had filed a complaint against her live-in partner and late superstar Rajesh Khanna's family accusing them of domestic violence after the death of the actor.
