Actor - singer Suchitra Krishnamoorthy recently slapped a legal notice on HSBC Bank claiming Rs. 5 crore for damages caused due to mismanagement of funds, mental agony, stress and harassment. Later, in 2007, Suchitra invested another Rs. 2.2 crore bringing the total investments to Rs. 3.4 crores. However, she claims that the bank has been grossly negligent with her investments and has even acted against her interests. If that wasn't enough, Suchitra also added that her portfolio with the bank has incurred losses up to Rs. 80 lakhs, which didn't occur due to unforeseeable or unpredictable circumstances.
