Rahul Bhat bags lead in Chinese production True Heroes

Rahul Bhatt who was last seen in the Prakash Jha film Jai Gangaajal has apparently signed a Chinese film titled True Heroes as the lead actor. In fact Bhatt has already commenced shooting for the film with a month long schedule at the Santa Island in China.

 

Said to be a slap stick comedy action film, True Heroes will see Bhatt learning and executing some high octane martial arts moves for his part of a foreigner. Commenting on the same Rahul added, "I am really excited and looking forward on my new venture. I am currently trying to learn Mandarin for my film and also training for martial arts. I am grateful to the producers who saw my film at Cannes and have given me an opportunity to showcase my talent".

Directed by Du Pengfei, True Heroes is being produced by Xin Bang Beijing International Film and Television Media Company.
