Kajol joins Twitter in a bid to support social cause

After ruling Bollywood for almost a decade, Kajol decided to take break from films owing to motherhood. And now the actress is all set to make her comeback on the big screen with her husband Ajay Devgn's upcoming production. Despite being busy with her future ventures and family commitments, the actress never skips being a part of social causes.

 

And now, working towards yet another social cause for the UN, Kajol has decided to join the micro blogging site Twitter. Her family which includes her husband Ajay Devgn and her sister Tanisha have been a part of the Twitter family for long. However, caught amidst her personal commitments, Kajol stayed away from social networking platforms until recently.

In fact, as soon as Kajol joined Twitter she did not forget to mention the fact that this was strictly for a social cause. Her tweets read, "Hi guys!!! Joining Twitter for a few weeks, all for a good cause :)" What followed after that was a series of links which spoke about her association with UN and good work that the actress has been doing for the development of the society.

 

Reacting on his wife joining Twitter and also elaborating on the cause that Kajol is working for, Ajay Devgn too took to the microblogging site, stating, "Very Proud to see @KajolAtUN advocating Handwashing at the UN and supporting the #HelpAChildReach5 Movement.

 

Though only for weeks, Kajol's fans will surely be more than happy to interact with the actress.
