Govinda to make his Marathi movie debut
The last time Govinda was in the news for Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos, wherein he said that he is walking out of the movie. The latest update on this versatile actor now is that he has greenlighted an untitled Marathi film and has even started shooting for the same. The said film is being directed by Devdatt Manjrekar. Reports state that Govinda plays a man from the rural interiors in this out-and-out commercial film that should be wrapped up by September.

While TV actress Ketaki Palav will be seen playing Govinda's leading lady in the film, the film's makers have also roped in Govinda's 'partner-in-crime' for many years Johnny Lever to play an important role in the film.
