All Is Well gets an all-clear from the censor board

All is well for All Is Well as far as the censor board is concerned. The Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has passed Umesh Shukla's All Is Well with a 'U' certificate, and without a single verbal or visual cut.

 

There was considerable apprehension over Umesh's film as his first film OMG Oh My God! which had shown a frontal attack on organized religion, was mired in controversy.

All Is Well gets an all-clear from the censor board

 

Says a source, "The censor board had been cautioned about Umesh's reputation in theatre and cinema for controversial subjects. All Is Well was watched carefully. But the censor board members found nothing in it that was objectionable or controversial. This is the first film in a long time to be cleared without a single cut."
