Adlabs Films Ltd. acquire Krrish at a whopper

Some time back we had informed you that UTV was pitching to acquire the overseas distribution rights of Krrish at a whopping sum of 7 crores. Well the news wasnt untrue at all. But UTV lost the deal to a new entrant in the distribution market. Adlabs Films Ltd. has entered the market and acquired the rights for Krrish for a higher price than UTV. This is an exceptionally high price for a solo starrer. They have also acquired the Indian video rights for Krrish. Reportedly Adlabs Films Ltd. has also acquired the distribution rights of some other big forthcoming productions in Bollywood like Farhan Akhtars Don, Karan Johars Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Ravi Chopras Babul and Sajid Nadiadwalas Jaaneman.
