As Ram Charan’s Peddi releases in a week's time, the actor has been putting out a strong word for his upcoming film. Recently, he was promoting the sports drama in Delhi where Ram sincerely urged the audience to watch his film with their children.
Sharing how the story is very uplifting and inspiring, Ram Charan said, “Peddi is an experience. It’s made on a very large scale. It's an experience you are going to witness in the theatre. We have all worked on the film with lots of dedication. I am very fortunate to have a sincere producer, director, and legends like A R Rahman sir, Divyenndu, and Boman sir. It's a very divine intervention why all this happened. We worked very sincerely for the last 2.5 years. It's a great entertainer. It has uplifting moments that will inspire you. Please watch this film with children. I don't know what impact it will have on them; it won't disappoint. Rather you will be happy that you took your children for this film.”
Ram Charan also lauded the film's writing and praised director Buchi Babu Sana for the amazing film he made. The actor also called the film his most challenging script by far. Talking about the character, Ram Charan shared, “The story is about a crossover athlete, bringing three sports together. It’s a story deeply rooted in our culture, and it revolves around the reason why he plays all these sports and what happens. This movie is about his identity. He finds his identity and the identity for the clan and village he comes from.”
Peddi releases on June 4. It also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani.
