When your film’s own co-producer and director both love and appreciate your performance, you know you've done something right. Actress Nayanthara, who also serves as one of the co-producers on Krithi's latest release Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), took to her social media to shower the actress with love and praise for her portrayal of Dheema in the sci-fi futuristic love story directed by her husband Vignesh Shivan.
Sharing Krithi's original LIK post on her page, Nayanthara penned, “Our Dheema 🤍🤍 @krithi.shetty_official. We love u dheema 🤍 Thank u for being the purest & kindest human being on & off the set. You are one of the nicest souls we have all met :) N hope u know our whole team adores you 🤗 Stay this beautiful, inside out, always 😇.” Krithi reshared the story with a simple, response and replied, “Means so much @Nayanthara Ma'am 🩷.” letting it be known that the praise meant a great deal to her.
And the love didn't stop there. Director Vignesh Shivan, who helmed the film and is equally close to the project, also took to his social media to pen a warm and heartfelt note for Krithi, writing, “Krithi ma! You made this film look soo beautiful! Your presence elevated the frames sooo much and am so glad that I got to work with such a sincere & honest person! Thank you for owning this film always :) it means a lot to all of us! As I always say! U r special ❤️.” Krithi, clearly touched, reshared the note and responded, “@WIKKIOFFICIAL SIR 🙏🤍.”
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan, both deeply invested in Love Insurance Kompany as its producers and director respectively, clearly became fans of Krithi not just on screen as Dheema, but watching her build the character from scratch across the entire filming process. For the two of them to independently speak to who Krithi is off camera as much as on it, the kind of person she is on set, and the sincerity she brought to owning this film, is the kind of endorsement that carries real weight.
