Rashmika Mandanna is preparing extensively for her upcoming film Mysaa, with the actress currently undergoing rigorous action training ahead of a key shooting schedule. The project, positioned as a women-led pan-India film, is already generating interest, and the latest update suggests Rashmika will be seen in one of her most physically demanding roles to date.

According to sources close to the production, Rashmika has travelled to Bangkok to participate in a specialised stunt and combat boot camp. The actor is reportedly training for nearly eight hours every day as part of preparations for the film’s upcoming action sequences.
Her training schedule includes advanced stunt work, hand-to-hand combat and high-speed action coordination under professional experts. The preparation is said to be specifically designed for a crucial 16-day action schedule that will soon be filmed in Kerala.
The update has added to the growing curiosity around Mysaa, especially after the first look poster presented Rashmika in an intense and fierce avatar. Known for balancing commercial entertainers and performance-driven roles, the actress appears set to explore a more action-oriented screen image with this film.
Director Rawindra Pulle recently shared glimpses of Rashmika’s training sessions on social media, offering fans a look at the preparation process. Along with the visuals, he wrote, “A war written in scars... she is " the weapon. @rashmika_mandanna”.
Mysaa is described as an emotional action thriller set against the backdrop of tribal lands. While plot details remain under wraps, the makers have indicated that the film will combine strong visuals, action-driven storytelling and emotional depth.
The technical team behind the project includes cinematographer Shreyaas P Krishna, while the music has been composed by Jakes Bejoy. International stunt choreographer Andy Long has been brought on board to design the action sequences, pointing to the scale and ambition of the film’s stunt work.
Rashmika Mandanna continues to remain one of the busiest stars across multiple industries, with a growing presence in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada cinema. Her involvement in Mysaa has further strengthened expectations around the project, particularly as female-led action films continue to gain momentum.
Produced by Unformula Films and directed by Rawindra Pulle, Mysaa is expected to be one of the notable releases of 2026. With intense physical preparation already underway, all eyes are now on how Rashmika Mandanna transforms for this new chapter in her career.
