Vijay Deverakonda seems to be in awe of his Family Star co-star Mrunal Thakur. While the couple’s chemistry is highly being appreciated after the makers unveiled the trailer as well as the songs of the forthcoming massy entertainer, Vijay who has been promoting the film along with his leading lady, opened up about his experience of working with Thakur. He revealed about something he noticed during the shoot, wherein he mentioned that Mrunal has such beautiful features which often easily brings forth emotions, even if she doesn’t know the language.

Sharing his thoughts about Mrunal Thakur entering South Cinema and appreciating how she is able to emote even in a language she doesn’t understand, Vijay Deverakonda said, “When you have an intelligent actress with you, it is very easy. Mrunal has been acting even before I started dreaming of films. She has been working from a young age. She picks up things very fast. I keep telling her that she is blessed with a face. Even if she doesn’t say too much, you can feel the emotions. The geometry of her nose, lips and eyes… there’s something about it that the emotions comes through well even if she doesn’t know the language. It was very easy to work with her,”

Readers would be aware that Mrunal Thakur, even though is a quintessential Marathi mulgi, is being highly appreciated down South after her much-loved debut in Sita Ramam alongside Dulquer Salmaan and Rashmika Mandanna. Now, marking her third project with Vijay Deverakonda, Mrunal also has another set of films to look forward to, in Bollywood and South industries.

Speaking of Family Star, the film is directed by Parasuram and also stars Divyansha Kaushik, Rohini Hattangadi, Achyuth Kumar, Ajay Gosh, among others. It is slated to release on April 5.
