The much-anticipated magnum opus Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups, starring Rocking Star Yash and directed by Geetu Mohandas, went on floors last year with the actor shooting across multiple locations in India. After completing schedules in Mumbai and Goa, the team has now moved to Bengaluru for their fourth shooting schedule. What's exciting about this is that it brings together all the leading ladies - Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria—on set for the first time.

Promising to be one of the biggest releases of 2025, Toxic features an ensemble cast. While a major portion of the film has been shot with each actress also shooting for their portions separately, this time around their combined energy is expected to create some buzz on the sets. Sharing the experience, sources close to the film have insisted that despite having so many actresses, there's great camaraderie among each other. In fact, Huma Qureshi, who recently launched her book Zeba, has apparently gifted copies to the entire cast. The actresses also shared sweet messages praising Huma's new book.

Further speaking about the film, apart from this extensive ensemble of actresses, the film will also have an international touch added by British actors Darrel D’Silva and Benedict Garrett. With cinematography handled by Rajeev and music by Jeremy Stack and Ravi Basrur, Toxic is expected to be a magnum opus produced by KVN Productions and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. As for the shoot, we hear that it is progressing quite rapidly as it is being said that the makers are aiming for a late 2025 release. However, no date has been officially announced. Apart from Kannada, the period gangster action entertainer is said to release in other languages as well.
