Fans of Thalapathy Vijay are eagerly awaiting the release of his forthcoming bilingual Varisu, and are excited about also seeing the actor with Rashmika Mandanna on the big screen. After the recent shots shared by Dil Raju from the sets of film went viral, another photo that has captured the attention of social media users is a photo that has captured the South superstar in his elements. Thalapathy Vijay was seen holding a newborn infant in his arms.

If recent reports are to be believed, a little guest arrived on the sets of Varisu and it was producer Dil Raju’s newborn son. It seems that the actor was seen bonding with the little infant and a photo was clicked as he was holding the baby lovingly in his arms. Fans of the superstar are gushing about the photo as many were dropping heart emojis and showering their love on the photo.

Coming to Varisu, the film is also referred to Vaarusudu in Telugu, is expected to be a big budget drama starring Rashmika Mandanna along with Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha and Samyuktha in pivotal roles. Vamshi Paidipally will be directing the film and he also penned the story of the movie, in association with writers Hari and Ashishor Solomon.

S Thaman renders soundtracks, while Karthick Palani is the cinematographer and KL Praveen is the editor. Sri Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshitha are the co-producers of the film. Sunil Babu & Vaishnavi Reddy are the production designers. On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, it was announced that Vaarasudu/Varisu is slated for release during Sankranthi which is January 2023.

Meanwhile, Vijay will also be collaborating with popular filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for his next which is expected to be a part of the LCU aka Lokesh Cinematic Universe along with Kaithi and Vikram.
