SS Rajamouli’s film with Mahesh Babu to be an African forest action adventure : Bollywood News

SS Rajamouli who is currently wrapping up the shoot of his upcoming film RRR featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead had announced in May that his film after RRR will star Mahesh Babu. However, back then the filmmaker did not divulge details about the project.

Reportedly, the film will be made in a space that neither Mahesh nor Rajamouli have ever explored before. The film will be penned by SS Rajamouli's father K.V. Vijayendra Prasad. The duo have previously worked together in period dramas like Baahubali and Magadheera. As per reports, Rajamouli's film with Mahesh Babu is a jungle-based adventure, essentially an African forest action adventure, with visuals that have not been seen in Indian cinema before. The film which is high on VFX will have a lot of action, thrills and drama even though it is set in the world of forests.

The reports further state that Rajamouli and Vijayendra Prasad are currently working on the script of the film. The timeline of the shoot has not been fixed yet, but most likely will be on floors by the end of 2022. The movie will be made for a pan-India audience with it being released in multiple languages. The team is at present looking to lock in the script and then virtually create the world of jungles.
