Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are reportedly set to be seen together in Siva Nirvana’s upcoming film. There has been no official confirmation about the film yet.
The film will follow the same story line of Mani Ratnam’s 1992 romantic thriller, Roja. This is a current re-telling of the story in Nirvana’s way to the current generation, for which 60% of the story will be followed from Roja.
Story set in Kashmir, with full romance sets and an intense love story, more details is set to be out soon. For starters film makers thought of getting Kiara Advani on-board but due to her Bollywood hectic schedule they decided to take Samantha.
Nirvana and Samantha have already worked on Majili. Both the actors have several films lined up. Samantha recently finished her upcoming film Shakuntalam and is busy working on Yashoda. Directed by director duo Hari and Harish, it marks Samantha’s first pan-India new-age thriller film.
Meanwhile, Vivek Deverakonda is also working on Liger directed by Puri Jagannadh.
