Vijayendra Prasad, the screenwriter of RRR, recently shared a significant update, revealing that RRR 2 is set to be made with Hollywood standards in mind. The original film has already garnered immense popularity among Western audiences, with theatres witnessing phenomenal responses to the film and its captivating song, ‘Naatu Naatu.’

Speaking about the sequel, Prasad, as per a report by 123Telugu, stated in an interview, "We are planning to make a sequel of Ram Charan and NTR's RRR. The movie will be directed by SS Rajamouli or someone else under his supervision." With the confirmation of a sequel, anticipation is high as fans eagerly await the continuation of this remarkable cinematic universe.

RRR showcased the remarkable talents of Ram Charan and Jr NTR, who portrayed the real-life freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem respectively. Set against a backdrop of a fictional meeting between these historical figures, the film captivated audiences and earned critical acclaim.
