Though both the stars continue to maintain the stance that they are good friends, they are often spotted on vacations, though they never post pictures but are at the same locations. There are speculations that Vijay and Rashmika rang in New Year 2023 together.
The actress decided to spend time with her fans. Rashmika Mandanna hosted an Instagram live session and fans think they heard Vijay Deverakonda's voice in the background. She was informing her fans about her age when you hear a man's voice. The clip was shared on social media by several fans.

Last year, on Koffee With Karan 7, Recently, Vijay said that he is ‘good friends’ with Rashmika. He said, “We have done two films together at a really early stage in my life. She is a darling and I am really fond of her. We are really good friends. We share so much through films, lots of highs and lows. A bond gets created."
The rumoured pair also rang in New Year 2022 together too. Rashmika and Vijay have worked together in two films Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade.
