Prabhas’ upcoming horror-fantasy film The RajaSaab has officially kicked off its musical promotions. The team launched the first single, Rebel Saab, at a large event in Hyderabad over the weekend. Directed by Maruthi and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, the film is scheduled for a worldwide release on January 9, 2026, coinciding with the Sankranti festive weekend.
To deliver a complete fan feast, Prabhas pushed himself beyond limits even dancing in extreme, freezing temperatures abroad.
Director Maruthi revealed how deeply committed the superstar was, sharing that Prabhas kept encouraging the team with one goal in mind, “Whatever fans missed all these days, we must give them back.”
The film’s music lineup includes a high-energy introduction song, a romantic track, and a dance number featuring the three leading actors Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar. The makers have shared that the film will showcase a wide range of elements fans enjoy from Prabhas, including style, dance, and emotional moments. With a broad release plan in place, the team is optimistic about the film’s performance when it hits theatres.
Producer TG Vishwa Prasad noted that the film required more time than initially planned, as the team aimed to deliver a large-scale, fan-focused experience. The Rebel Saab song alone involved close to a thousand dancers, making it one of the more elaborate sequences in recent Telugu cinema. He also mentioned that Prabhas has dedicated a significant number of working days to this project, reflecting his strong involvement and commitment.
