The 10th edition of South Indian International Awards (SIIMA) took place in Bengaluru on Saturday, where the winners for Telugu and Kannada cinema were announced. The event happened across two days and covers four film industries from South – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Allu Arjun, Kamal Haasan and Yash looked dapper as they arrived at SIIMA 2022 red carpet. Ranveer Singh was also spotted receiving an award on stage. Pooja Hegde had a big night as she won multiple awards. For her performance in Most Eligible Bachelor, Pooja was awarded Best Actress in a Leading Role (Telugu). SIIMA 2022 was seemingly a successful night for the actor as she also won the Youth Icon South (Female) Award.

Taking her Instagram handle, Pooja Hegde shared some pictures in which she could be seen holding her two awards. The actor donned a dreamy off-shoulder pink dress at the awards. Pooja Hegde never disappoints her fans with her fashion statements. This time, the actor opted for a frill dress from designer duo Gauri and Nainika for a recent awards event. Her organza dress features a small bow in the front. The off-shoulder dress had ruffle accents at the bottom and a plunging neckline. Additionally, the bodice of the dress is cinched, which shapes Pooja's figure in a flattering way. She accessorised her ensemble with a single striking set of diamond-studded earrings. With layers of mascara, a touch of pink gloss, and little eyeliner, she opted for a timeless beauty look. She had soft curls in her open hair. Her outfit was accented by a pair of black heels.

Sharing the photos, Pooja Hegde penned an emotional note in which she thanked everyone for voting for her and the makers of Most Eligible Bachelor for giving her an influential role. The actor also asked her fans to keep working and mentioned how being her "authentic self" paid off. She wrote, “Keep.Doing.The.Work. Thank you @siimawards and all those who voted for me for this honour. Best Actor and Youth Icon are two awards I will cherish. Ty @geethaarts for seeing me as Vibha and Bhaskar sir for writing such a strong female role (and all those pages of long stand-up monologues). As for Youth Icon, I guess if you continue being your authentic self, it pays off eventually. Hope I continue to inspire and stay inspired through my work."

Pooja Hegde was last seen playing the role of Prerna opposite Prabhas in Radhe Shyam. The actor will be next seen opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's directorial Cirkus. She also has kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan with Salman Khan and SSMB 28 with Mahesh Babu in her kitty.
