Vignesh Shivan soon reposted Jani’s post on his Instagram story and responded, “Sweet master ji” with heart and heart-eye emojis. He added, “Team LIK - love you and your vibe a lot.” This public display of support from Vignesh further fuelled the online debate.
Many social media users criticised the couple for associating with Jani Master, particularly calling out Nayanthara for not addressing the issue. Several netizens pointed out that Nayanthara, known for her strong stand on women empowerment, has in the past reportedly refused to work with individuals accused in the MeToo movement.
