Nandamuri Balakrishna and Anil Ravipudi’s Bhagavanth Kesari to release on October 19 : Bollywood News

Nandamuri Balakrishna and popular director Anil Ravipudi will be collaborating together for the commercial action entertainer Bhagavanth Kesari. While it was being said that the film is set to enthrall the audience during the Dussehra holidays, the makers have now official locked the release date. On Saturday, the makers announced that the movie will hit the screens on October 19.

A source close to the film confirmed the development adding, “The makers wanted to cash in on the holiday season. We know it’s a Thursday release but the long Dussehra holidays is expected to be a big advantage for the movie.” The makers recently also unveiled a new poster of the film where we can get a glimpse of the power packed role that Nandamuri Balakrishna will be essaying. The poster features him walking ferociously with two guns in both hands.

“Balakrishna’s character is going to be like a walking volcano in the film and the makers wanted it to be conveyed to the audience. Going by the recently released sneak peeks into the film, readers would be aware that the movie will have a unique concept which will be high on action. With Anil Ravipudi helming the project, it is also expected to have a good dose of humor and family emotions too,” added the source.

Produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the Shine Screens banner, the movie is expected to feature a stellar ensemble supporting cast along with Kajal Aggarwal and Sreeleela as the leading ladies. The film will also mark the Telugu debut of Arjun Rampal, who is said to play the role of the antagonist.

As for the technical crew, Bhagavanth Kesari will have cinematography by C Ram Prasad, whereas S Thaman is scoring the music. Tammi Raju is the editor and Rajeevan is the production designer. V Venkat has been choreographing the stunt sequences for this commercial action entertainer. The film is expected to release on October 19 but it is yet to be seen if it will release in multiple languages.
