In the upcoming Tamil film Thiruchitrambalam, actors Dhanush and Nithya Menen have joined hands for the first time. Dhanush and Nithya were seen matching steps for a song sequence in a video clip that was leaked from the film's filming location.

Mithran Jawahar is directing the film, which is currently being shot in Chennai. On August 5, the project began in Chennai. Apart from Nithya and Dhanush, the film also features Raashi Khanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar.

Dhanush appears in the video wearing a white shirt and black slacks with a tie. Nithya, on the other hand, is dressed in a black and white salwar kameez.

This will be filmmaker Mithran Jawahar's fourth collaboration with Dhanush. In the past, the two have collaborated on films such as Kutty, Yaaradi Nee Mohini, and Uttama Puthiran.

Meanwhile, Dhanush will begin work on a trilingual feature with filmmaker Sekhar Kammula soon. Sai Pallavi also appears in the film, which will begin filming later this month.

Leader, Godavari, Happy Days, and Fidaa are some of Sekhar Kammula's most well-known films. He is currently anticipating the release of Love Story, a Telugu romance drama starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi.

Dhanush is also working on Aanand L Rai's Atrangi Re. He recently wrapped production on The Gray Man, a Netflix worldwide film.
