Kannada film producer Soundarya Jagadish passes away in Bengaluru : Bollywood News

Kannada film producer and entrepreneur Soundarya Jagadish recently passed away in Bengaluru at the age of 55. While further details of the same are yet to be revealed, the reason behind his demise is reported to be suicide after he was found dead at his residence in Mahalaxmi Layout, located in the city.

As per reports published by the news agency PTI, it was being said that Soundarya Jagadish was found hanging in his apartment and was immediately rushed to the hospital. However, the doctors believed that it was too late and declared him dead. However, reasons behind him taking this step are yet to be know.

While reports suggest that he did not suffer from major ailments, a friend of the Kannada film producer was quoted saying, "Jagadish has died following a suicide attempt. We brought him to hospital, where he was declared dead. Further procedures are underway to know what was the reason. There were no health issues; we are unable to tell you the reason suddenly. This happened today morning."

The friend also addressed certain financial issues that Jagadish may have encountered in his business, and asserted that it did not have anything to do with the producer’s alleged suicide. The friend added, "It has no connection with this. That issue has been there for some time now. Business issues are different."

On the work front, Soundarya Jagadish was known for producing films like Snehitaru, Appu Pappu, Mast Maja Maadi and Ramleela. Apart from that, the producer is also expected to own a pub which was caught in a controversy over late night partying quite some time back because of which he is reported to have lost his license.
