While Gadar 2 provided her immense fame and fortune, it seems that newbie Simratt Kaur Randhawa is already on a roll. We hear that the debutant has bagged another major opportunity in the form of another highly anticipated film Salaar. The action-entertainer, directed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel, is already garnering ample attention owing to Prabhas, Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Joining them will also be Simrat, albeit for a special dance number.

Reports have been doing the rounds, that Simratt Kaur Randhawa has not only joined the team but also has kick started her work on Salaar. Readers would recall that the entire team is currently shooting for the film in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. We hear that Simrat flew to the Andhra Pradesh and has already completed a major portion of the schedule which included some interesting dance sequences. It is not yet been revealed if the actors Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran will be a part of the sequence or no. While further details are kept under wraps, the music of the film is composed by Ravi Basrur.

For the unversed, Salaar, which was supposed to release in September, was pushed further and the production house Hombale Films, took to social media to apologize, further talking about the postponement of the release. The makers eventually locked the date of December 22 as the release date of the film and now it is being said that the trailer of the massy entertainer, might hit the tube by the end of this month or early December.

Salaar is expected to be an action entertainer featuring high-octane stunts, set against the backdrop of international mafia. The film will feature Prabhas as the leading man along with Shruti Haasan as the leading lady and Prithviraj Sukumaran as the antagonist. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the Pan India entertainer is expected to clash with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki, which is slated for release on the same day.
