Actress Riddhi Kumaar, who most recently starred in The RajaSaab, believes that any film in her experience is greatly influenced by the group's self-assurance and teamwork on set. Speaking about her experience of working on films, she emphasizes that a positive and cooperative environment on set plays a crucial role in shaping the final outcome on screen. “Collaboration in any art form is extremely important. A set is like a machine where everyone plays their own part for smooth functioning,” Riddhi shared exclusively. According to her, filmmaking thrives when every department from direction and cinematography to actors and technicians works in sync with a shared creative vision.
The actress believes that creativity flourishes in spaces where ideas can be exchanged freely. “From a creative perspective, there was a lot of give and take of ideas even in this film (The RajaSaab), and the environment was very positive,” she said, adding that such openness not only enhances performances but also strengthens the storytelling process. Riddhi also highlighted the importance of mutual respect on set, noting that a healthy working atmosphere allows artists to give their best. “I believe that positivity and teamwork truly make the dream work with mutual cooperation and respect,” she added.
