Indian actor Dhanush is all set to star in Tamil-Telugu bilingual film Sir, also titled Vaathi. Samyuktha is the leading lady. The film will be directed by Venky Atluri and the announcement was made on December 23 with a title reveal video.
Dhanush took to social media to share the title posters. "My next .. a Tamil, Telugu bilingual #Vaathi #sir," he wrote.

Sir will revolve around the current education system of the country. The shoot commences next year and it is currently in the pre-production stage. GV Prakash Kumar will compose the music and background score. Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas will bankroll the project.
