T-Series head Bhushan Kumar is set to present Jai HanuMan, an upcoming mythological epic starring National Award-winning actor Rishab Shetty in the title role. The film, produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, is directed by HanuMan filmmaker Prasanth Varma and aims to blend traditional storytelling with contemporary cinematic techniques.
The collaboration marks a strategic expansion for T-Series into mythological content on a large scale, following the label’s long-standing association with devotional music, including its widely viewed 'Hanuman Chalisa' video which has garnered several billion views on YouTube. Speaking about the collaboration, Bhushan Kumar shared, “With Jai HanuMan, we are stepping further into large-scale, culturally rooted storytelling. Collaborating with Mythri Movie Makers, we are thrilled to introduce a film that is a celebration of Indian cinema and timeless devotion – our long-standing partnership with them and Rishab Shetty’s performance makes the journey even more special.”
