By now, everyone knows that S S Rajamouli’s Baahubali will return to the movie theatres on October 31, 2025 as one film. Entitled Baahubali: The Epic, the 5 hour 27-minute experience will combine the two parts of the Baahubali franchise, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion as a single motion picture experience.
What is not known is that this amalgamated epic will feature unseen footage from the shooting of Baahubali.
A source from the Baahubali team informed, “Raja Sir shot more than eleven hours of footage for the two Baahubali films. There are many stunning moments that he had to sacrifice on the editing table. Some of those unseen moments will now be included in Baahubali: The Epic.”
