Akhil Akkineni jumps a 172 ft. tall building as a part of Agent promotions : Bollywood News

The much-awaited Pan India project of Akhil Akkineni and filmmaker Surender Reddy, Agent is getting ready for a grand release worldwide this month. Yesterday, the makers announced that the film’s theatrical trailer will be releasing on April 18, 2023. Ahead of the release, the makers decided to launch a massive poster of the film. However, the poster launch has caught the attention of fans owing to the dangerous stunts performed by the young actor.

The poster launch of Agent was held at PVP Mall in Vijayawada and Akhil Akkineni took his fans by surprise by jumping from a 172 feet tall building. The actor however using all the necessary precaution including a harness. A source close to the film opened up about this unique event adding, “It was a big surprise for the fans as well as onlookers. This is the first of its kind act for any Tollywood hero. With this gesture, Akhil wanted the audience to get a glimpse of the kind of risky stunts he performed for the movie.”

Talking about the new poster, that equally gives us an idea of the kind of adrenaline-pumping stunts we can expect from the film. Akhil is seen flaunting his six-pack abs in the poster as he is seen getting ready for a fight. He is also sporting a rugged look with his long hair and beard and the poster also includes the trailer date announcement. The trailer launch is expected to be held on April 18 at 7:30 pm at MC Laurin High School Grounds, Kakinada.

Coming to the team of Agent, the film features Mammootty and Dino Morea in powerful roles along with Sakshi Vaidya as the leading lady. Hip Hop Tamizha has scored the music whereas the story is penned by Vakkantham Vamsi. Other members include National award winning editor Naveen Nooli, cinematographer Rasool Ellore and art director Avinash Kolla.

Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, Agent will have a Pan India on April 28 and it will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
