Actor Adivi Sesh is currently working on two projects that sit at opposite ends of the cinematic spectrum — Dacoit and G2. While one places him in a rugged, emotionally charged setting, the other situates him in a polished, high-stakes world of intelligence and strategy.
Speaking about navigating these contrasting roles simultaneously, Sesh said, “What excites me the most right now is how different these two worlds are. In Dacoit, everything is instinctive, emotional and deeply desi, it’s about survival, pain and raw human choices. With G2, the approach is completely different; it’s strategic, controlled and intelligence-driven, set in a very slick, global space.”
In Dacoit, the actor plays a rural character shaped by survival and vulnerability, with the narrative leaning heavily on emotional depth. In contrast, G2 requires a more composed and calculated presence, operating within a larger franchise framework.
“Switching between these mindsets has been creatively demanding, but that’s also what makes this phase so fulfilling for me as an actor,” he added.
With two markedly different roles unfolding at the same time, Sesh says the shift has pushed him to recalibrate his approach for each film — relying on instinct for one and precision for the other.
