XG has once again captivated audiences with their latest release, 'WOKE UP REMIXX'. This powerful collaboration, produced by JAKOPS, features eight prominent Korean and Japanese rappers, showcasing a global fusion of hip-hop talent. The remix comes on the heels of the group's announcement of their upcoming second mini album, 'AWE', set to drop on November 8. The tracklist, partially revealed earlier, included 'WOKE UP REMIXX'.

XG's original 'WOKE UP' track, released in May, marked a significant departure from their previous musical style. With its bold hip-hop identity and all-rap format, the song quickly garnered attention and established the group as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.

JAKOPS, the Executive Producer/CEO of XGALX, brought his unique touch to the remix. As a DJ during XG's "XG 1st WORLD TOUR 'The First HOWL,' he infused the original song with a fresh perspective. The collaboration with eight renowned rappers from both Korea and Japan further enriched the track, creating a harmonious blend of cultures and styles.

The remix features Jay Park, OZworld, AKLO, Paloalto, VERBAL (m-flo), Awich, Tak, and Dok2, each contributing their distinctive talents to the song.

'WOKE UP' has already achieved significant success, charting for eight consecutive weeks on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 and topping the Global Japan Songs Excl. Japan chart for nine weeks. The music video also made a splash on YouTube, ranking first in the U.S. and in 19 countries and regions.
