South Korean pop band NCT’s Mark will officially release his second solo single ‘Golden Hour’ on April 7. ‘Golden Hour’ will be Mark’s second solo track released through SM Station: NCT Lab after ‘Child,’ Mark’s self-written song which was released in February 2022.
As noted by Korea JoongAng Daily, it is revealed as the sixth entry on SM Station: NCT Lab, a digital music platform launched in 2016 by SM Entertainment. It serves as a platform for artists under the label to release singles, collaborations, and other musical projects that would not be included in their album releases.
Since 2022, several songs including ‘coNEXTion (Age of Light)’ by Doyoung, Mark, and Haechan, ‘Rain Day’ by Taeil, Kun, and Yangyang, Jaehyun's first solo track ‘Forever Only,’ and Ten's ‘Birthday’ have been unveiled as part of the NCT Lab project.
Previously on March 29, NCT member Jaemin also teased the single by sharing spoiler images from the filming set of official music video of ‘Golden Hour’ along with the caption “What are you doing?? @onyourm__ark ????????????”
