Popular South Korean actor Lee Seung Gi has tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend and actress Lee Da In. The actor’s marriage took place on April 7, 2023, and the photos and videos from the dreamy ceremony have gone viral on social media. The private wedding took place at Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in Gangnam in South Korea.

For the wedding, Lee Seung Gi looked dapper in a tailored black velvet suit. Lee Da In stunned in a gorgeous off-shoulder princess gown with lace work. Adding a lot of glam to it, she wore an avant-garde tulle paired with her statement tiara and kept her hair slick tied in a bun. Both the actors have also released their wedding photoshoot pictures.

In one of the videos, Lee Seung Gi sang ‘Will you marry me?’ to his ladylove as they said their vows and ‘I do’ to each other.

Back in May 2021, it was revealed that the two actors were dating. In February 2023, in a handwritten note posted on Instagram, the actor wrote in Korean that he is getting married. As translated by the media portal Soompi, it read, “It seems that I have many reasons to write long posts this year. Today, I am relaying the most important decision of my life. I have decided to spend the remainder of my life with Lee Da In, whom I love, not just as a couple but as a married couple. I proposed, and she accepted. We are holding our wedding on April 7.”

"Now that I have someone to take responsibility for forever, I wanted to happily relay this news to you directly. She is someone with a lot of warmth and love, and she is someone I want to keep by my side forever. I want to share our happiness together, and even if there are difficult times in life, I want to overcome those difficulties together without letting go of each other’s hands. I hope you will show support for our future ahead, and we will live happily while continuing to give back to others," the note concluded.

On the work front, Lee Seung Gi was last seen in the rom-com Law Cafe. He recently made a thoughtful donation of 300 million won (over Rs 1.99 crores) to the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology using his unpaid music earnings.
