20th Century Studios announces theatrical release in India on 1st May 2026
20th Century Studios has unveiled the brand-new trailer, character posters, and exclusive stills from the highly anticipated sequel, The Devil Wears Prada 2, set to release in Indian cinemas on 1st May 2026.
Nearly two decades after the original film became a cultural phenomenon, the iconic cast returns to the fashionable streets of New York City and the glossy offices of Runway Magazine. Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci reprise their beloved roles as Miranda Priestly, Andy Sachs, Emily Charlton, and Nigel, reuniting for a sequel that promises sharp wit, high fashion, and delicious drama.
The film brings back director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna, while introducing a glamorous new ensemble including Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, Pauline Chalamet, B.J. Novak, and Conrad Ricamora. Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman also return as Lily and Irv from the original film.
