According to Variety, Miller is reported to have entered a plea deal, after being accused of stealing several bottles of alcohol from the pantry of a neighbor last May. Miller had been charged with trespassing as well as burglary at a Vermont residence.

At the time, the Vermont State Police released a statement sharing that they were notified of “a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.”

“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling,” the statement read. According to NBC News, a clerk for Vermont Superior Court confirmed that the parties have agreed to drop two charges.

The two charges include larceny and burglary in an unoccupied dwelling. As per the report, Miller is expected to plead guilty of unlawful trespassing on Friday in Bennington County Superior Criminal Court. Moreover, prosecutors are seeking 89 to 90 days for Miller in a suspended sentence, in addition to a year’s probation and a $500 fine. The maximum sentence would have been 26 years, per Variety.

Meanwhile, Miller’s The Flash will debut this year on June 23. The trailer will premiere at the Super Bowl.
