EXCLUSIVE: Brandon Sklenar breaks down his role in Christopher Landon’s Drop; says, “It was almost like finding his morality”

Universal Pictures India's upcoming thriller Drop, directed by Christopher Landon, stars The White Lotus breakout Meghann Fahy and 1923 actor Brandon Sklenar in a suspense-filled narrative that explores love, loyalty, and moral ambiguity.

In an exclusive quote to Bollywood Hungama, shared by Universal Pictures India, actor Brandon Sklenar opened up about his character Henry, a press photographer who finds himself at a crossroads—torn between loyalty to his job and a growing sense of justice.

“Yes, and it was interesting to figure that out precisely because of how internalized and subtle his arc is. It was almost like finding his morality as well,” said Sklenar. “I don’t think Henry has been in a relationship for a long time, and now he is starting to fall in love while all this stuff is going on, including considering exposing the mayor he works for as a press photographer.”

According to Sklenar, Henry's emotional journey is far from dramatic on the surface, but its subtlety makes it all the more powerful. Caught in the middle of a budding romance and a high-stakes ethical dilemma, Henry's story explores the complexities of trust and integrity in a world where the lines between right and wrong are increasingly blurred.
