V (Kim Taehyung) of BTS unveiled the initial set of concept photos along with a music video teaser that offers a glimpse into his upcoming digital single titled 'FRI(END)S', slated for release on March 15. On March 8, BIGHIT MUSIC shared six concept photos on BTS’ official social media channels. The photos intrigued fans with their stark contrast to the short film released on March 6, which cleverly utilized various objects to visually convey the song's title.

In the concept photos, V emanates an aura of cold and empty loneliness, which is accentuated by the photos’ monochromatic tones and his piercing gaze. Particularly eye-catching is his sophisticated black and white attire, through which V exudes effortlessly cool charm—a trait uniquely his own. Shots of him casting his eyes downwards while wearing headphones or directly staring into the camera evoke a sense of solitude as if he's disconnected from the rest of the world. In the close-up shot, V captivates viewers with his impeccable looks. Even in a low-angle, his appearance remains flawless, showcasing his dreamy visuals.

The music video teaser unveiled on March 10 displays V's multifaceted character, heightening curiosity for the new single. It begins with a scene of V alone, grabbing takeout from the fridge and consuming it in solitude. The utter silence emphasizes the lonely atmosphere but abruptly shifts to a scene of people intensely fighting with each other. V then appears dressed in a sleek black suit, his expression remaining impassive among couples publicly displaying affection, hinting at a deeper dissatisfaction with his solitude.

Towards the end of the video, a short segment of 'FRI(END)S' was revealed, intensifying fans' anticipation for the upcoming single. Despite their brevity, the instrumentals pair with V’s smooth vocals to inject life into the brief yet powerful teaser.
