BTS' Jungkook to release his debut solo album titled GOLDEN on November 3

The global popstar Jungkook of BTS announced the release of a new solo album titled GOLDEN, set for release on November 3. The announcement was made by BIGHIT MUSIC via the global fandom life platform Weverse. The new album will feature a total of 11 tracks including the previously released global smash hits 'Seven' (feat. Latto) and '3D' (feat. Jack Harlow).

GOLDEN takes its motif from the golden moments of Jungkook as a solo artist. Known as the 'Golden Maknae' ('golden youngest' in Korean) of BTS, Jungkook is set to unveil a new release with his unique timbre that will captivate listeners worldwide.

With the highly-anticipated new album, Jung Kook carries on the legacy of male dance artists and continues his upward trajectory as a global pop star. Jung Kook previously enjoyed the massive success of 'Seven' (feat. Latto), which landed at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 on the U.K. Official Chart, and '3D' (feat. Jack Harlow), which topped the iTunes ‘Top Song’ chart in 100 countries/regions.

Living up to the group’s universal reputation, Jungkook is known as an ‘all-rounder’ with his versatility in vocal, rap, and performance. He has been proving his wide spectrum of musical talent through solo works such as “Euphoria,” 'My Time' and 'Still With You', as well as collaborative singles with global artists including Lauv and Charlie Puth. He is credited on multiple BTS tracks including the Japanese single 'Your eyes tell', 'Stay' from BE, and 'Run BTS' from Proof.

Jungkook also participated in singing 'Dreamers', the Official Soundtrack of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which he performed at the Opening Ceremony. In July 2023, the global pop star released his first solo single 'Seven' (feat. Latto), which debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100 and Spotify’s ‘Top Song Global' charts, as well as at No. 3 on the UK official singles chart. In September, he released his sophomore single '3D' (feat. Jack Harlow).
