j-hope, a member of global sensation BTS, has unveiled his highly anticipated solo single, 'Sweet Dreams' (feat. Miguel), today. The track, accompanied by a visually captivating music video, brings together dreamy synths, melodic guitar, and smooth R&B influences, creating an emotional ode to love. The song explores the desire to love and be loved, making it a universally relatable track.
j-hope and Miguel: A Seamless Collaboration
The song features Grammy-winning R&B artist Miguel, known for his genre-blending style. Speaking about the collaboration, j-hope shared, “He is one of the artists I grew up listening to since I was young. I believed that Miguel's distinctive and rich voice along with his unique artistry would blend seamlessly with the song, and as expected, it turned out amazing.”
Miguel echoed his excitement, saying, “'Sweet Dreams' is really a nice reprieve, and I'm happy I got to pair with j-hope on his track.” The track was produced by Johnny Goldstein, with songwriting contributions from Sam Martin, known for working with Maroon 5 and David Guetta, and Sean Douglas, who has collaborated with Madonna and Sia.

The music video for 'Sweet Dreams' mirrors the song’s ethereal theme. It features a floating house in the sky, symbolizing the thrill of love, while j-hope walks through a grounded, yet dreamlike, street. j-hope’s First Solo World Tour & Recent Projects
The release of Sweet Dreams coincides with j-hope’s solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE, which kicked off in Seoul with a sold-out, critically acclaimed show. The tour spans 31 performances across 15 cities, including historic stadium concerts in Los Angeles this April. Additionally, last month, j-hope made headlines with LV Bag, a collaboration with Don Toliver and Pharrell Williams for Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Fall-Winter 2025 Show.
