Either Eddie Brock or Venom will die

Given that this is the final film of the Venom franchise and has been named Venom: The Last Dance, many fans have concluded that one of the main characters will be meeting their end in this film. Eddie’s voiceover in the trailer has further bolstered this theory, with the symbiote host telling Venom they might not make it out of this fight alive.

Venom or Eddie make their way to the MCU

A popular fan theory states that after the events of Venom: The Last Dance, depending on who survives, either Venom or Eddie Brock will make their way to the MCU. Venom is rumored to sacrifice himself to save Eddie, who will then land in the MCU and meet Spider-Man. The foundation of this theory comes from the fact that Marvel Entertainment also uploaded the film's trailer, something that has never been done before.

Venom finally meets Spider-Man

Before Venom became the anti-hero we know and love, he was one of Spider-Man’s most formidable villains, so it seemed inevitable that the two would eventually clash once again. This was teased in the end credit scenes of Spider-Man No Way Home and Venom: Let There Be Carnage, but the two characters never actually met.
With this being the last entry in the franchise, it seems like a now-or-never opportunity for the makers to give us the most anticipated fight yet.

The Appearance of Knull

Knull is one of the most powerful symbiotes in Marvel Comics. Often dubbed the "god of the symbiotes," it was Knull who first created the Klyntar (the official name of the symbiote species). Knull is the only one who can control the symbiotes and most likely sent the Xenophages to hunt down Venom. It may be that Knull seeks to bring his rebellious children back under his rule--or kill them if they refuse. Having Knull present would be the perfect way to conclude the Venom Trilogy, set up any future symbiote-led projects, and have massive ramifications for Venom’s universe and by extension, any other connected universe.

More symbiotes are coming - to help or to kill Venom?

Venom and Eddie Brock have a lot on their hands in the upcoming final film.
We see shots of Detective Mulligan (Rumoured to finally make his debut as Toxin) and Juno Temple (rumored to be playing the fan-favorite symbiote Scream). One of Venom’s most prominent lines from the trailer is when he tells Eddie that his planet has found them. We then see a shot of Symbiotes arriving on Earth and Venom fighting Xenophage mid-air. However, Symbiotes and Xenophage have more of a predator-prey relationship, and the two species working together seems unlikely. If so, then the shot of symbiotes arriving on Earth could mean that the heroes have some reinforcements in their fight, or they have another set of antagonists to face.
