Veteran Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman posted a number of memes of herself on Instagram yesterday. She also included a caption stating how, with the assistance of her children, she had been browsing Instagram when she came across numerous amusing photos that she found funny.

On Saturday, Zeenat took to Instagram and uploaded various memes that featured her movie stills. The actress claimed that the “Zeenat Aman meme” on social media was presented to her by her kids. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “This Saturday I am more of a Meme-at Aman than a Zeenat Aman.

I would be befuddled by the vagaries of Instagram if it weren’t for my kids. Fortunately, not only do they explain the app and it’s workings to me, they also introduce me to online humour! Today they showed me ‘Zeenat Aman memes’, and I’ve been in splits all morning. I just think they are so fantastically creative and funny. Not to mention that they’re a great use of images that would otherwise be redundant!”

Sharing her favourite memes, she wrote, “Here are three that really tickled me. The first and last are reposted from a handle called @bollymeme and the other is from Amit ji’s profile, though I’m not sure who the maker is. There are other hysterical ones I saw, but their language is a little too colourful for me to post.”

“I would love to see and share more such memes made on my pictures. So, just in case you have one, please share it with me.

Bollywood actress Chitrangda Singh commented, “You’re iconic !! That’s it. Period . Reacting to the post a user wrote, “Here's thanking your boys for understanding you and accept the new with poise understanding and grace. I love your posts and look forward to it.”

Zeenat Aman is an Indian actress and a former model. The Evil Within (1970), starring Dev Anand, marked the former beauty queen's acting debut. She has acted in films like Yaadon Ki Baarat, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Qurbani, Dharam Veer, Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Insaaf Ka Tarazu among others.
