The stellar cast of Itaewon Class, Love In The Moonlight, and The Sound Of Magic all have a blast playing games and forging heartwarming new friendships as they enjoy their vacation together in the new South Korean variety show Young Actors’ Retreat from TVING. The new variety show not only shows the reunion of the drama’s cast members but also explores new kinds of chemistry between actors from different dramas. It features Park Seo Joon, Ahn Bo Hyun, Kwon Nara, Ryu Kyung Soo, and Lee Joo Young of Itaewon Class, Park Bo Gum, Kim Yoo Jung, Jung Jinyoung, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon of Love in the Moonlight, and Ji Chang Wook, Choi Sung Eun, Hwang In Yeop, Ji Hye Won, and Kim Bo Yoon of The Sound of Magic.

As shared by Korean media portal Soompi, Kim Yoo Jung remarked in a separate interview, “We made new friends while having fun playing games together, so you can look forward to seeing new and refreshing combinations of people.” As for the chemistry between the Love in the Moonlight cast members, she shared, “It was our first time meeting in a long while, but it really felt as though we had just seen each other yesterday, because we were still so close and had so much fun.”

Meanwhile, Park Seo Joon commented, “Thanks to the director, we [the ‘Itaewon Class’ team] were able to get together and see each other for the first time in a long while, and we made a really special memory.” He added, “I think there’s a very unique, rare kind of laughter in [‘Young Actors’ Retreat’] that’s hard to find in other variety shows.”

Ji Chang Wook shared, “Neither I nor my teammates have much variety show experience, so I think the youthful side that we showed as we adapted to this variety program will be our charm. I hope you’ll also look forward to our chemistry with the actors from other dramas that we met through this trip.” His co-star Choi Sung Eun added, “I think it’ll be fun to watch the different teams meet awkwardly at first, then gradually become closer and closer.”
