Akshay Kumar is a Bollywood celebritiy, who is extremely punctual, come what may. While other actors have no qualms in being even hours late for a shoot or event, Akshay ensures that he reaches dot on the scheduled time. To achieve that, he is even known to ditch his luxury car and hop onto a motorcycle or even public transport.

The superstar did something similar when he was shooting abroad too. Akshay Kumar has been put up in a hotel in Leeds in United Kingdom, where he is shooting for Reema Kagti’s sports biopic Gold. The actor had to attend a media event in London for his upcoming satirical film Toilet - Ek Prem Katha. London is around 200 miles away from Leeds and going by road would have taken him a lot of time to reach his destination. Hence, to save time, Akshay Kumar hopped onto a train. What’s more, he not only reached at the appointed time for his event in London but he also saved him six hours on return journey.

A picture of Akshay Kumar commuting by train has been released. It shows Akshay sitting in the first class coach of a Virgin Express train and is making use of his time by checking his pending emails on his laptop. Notice the colourful keys on his laptop! Next to his laptop is a file whose first page reads ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha Movie File’.

Toilet - Ek Prem Katha is all set to release on August 11. Starring Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher and Divyendu Sharma, it is directed by Shree Narayan Singh. Gold, meanwhile, is directed by Reema Kagti and is based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh, who was on the team that won the first Olympic medal for India in 1948.
