Producer-Director Divyansh Pandit has expressed optimism regarding the song’s reception, noting that Mika Singh's unique vocal talent has significantly enhanced the song’s appeal. ‘Kantaal’ adopts a "desi tapori" style, which is further elevated by Mika Singh’s powerful and captivating voice.
