Varun Dhawan, who has had a phenomenal year with his films with Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Judwaa 2, recently wrapped up his next film with ace filmmaker Shoojit Sircar. The film titled October went on floors in New Delhi in the month of September this year and it wrapped up last week.
Taking a much-needed break from shooting schedule, Varun Dhawan flew to New Delhi to attend WWE's Supershow to watch WWE legend Triple H and Indian star Jinder Mahal face off each other in at the Indira Gandhi Stadium on Saturday evening. The crowd cheered for their favourites.
Not only did he watch the match, Varun Dhawan even got an opportunity to meet Triple H, Jinder Mahal and lady superstar Sasha Banks backstage. Varun shared a couple of Instagram stories where he is seen enjoying a conversation with Triple H and Jinder Mahal before the match.
Varun even shared a picture with his friends while posing with Jinder Mahal and wrote, "With the modern day maharaja @jindermahal. A very humble and down to earth man who deserves all his success in the wwe."
Posing with Triple H, Varun captioned it, "With the game #HHH #legend. Thank you for the seats hunter @tripleh."
On the work front, Varun Dhawan's October is a slice of life love story written by Juhi Chaturvedi in which Varun will be co-starring opposite debutante Banita Sandhu. The film will release in theatres worldwide on 13th April 2018. Besides this, Varun Dhawan will soon start prep for YRF’s Sui Dhaaga: Made In India with Anushka Sharma which is also set to release in 2018.
