"War, according to me, is a waste of time, money and life," said Salman Khan in a Bollywood Hungama exclusive interview with Faridoon Shahryar. "When a family member goes to war, there's only one prayer in the minds of family members that, hopefully, the war will end soon and their loved one will be back with his family," Salman added.

There's a very important dialogue in the teaser of Kabir Khan's forthcoming film Tubelight, "Ye jung ek roz khatm hogi. Bas…hamein yaqeen jalaaye rakhna hoga." Salman Khan felt that this dialogue has been extremely relevant since the time mankind has been around. "I hope the yaqeen gets strong and whatever decisions that have to be taken, are taken by sitting across the table. And, the way business deals happen, I hope all issues are sorted on the negotiation table itself," Salman Khan said sagely.
