Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan's recent talk show, The Invincibles, has made heads turn. The six-part talk series' upcoming guest is Waheeda Rehman and its promo is already released. He is all set to take a trip down memory lane with the veteran actress in the latest episode.

The trailer sees the veteran actress talk candidly about her early career. While narrating her experience in Bollywood, Waheeda Rehman recalled how her father would advise her mother to take care of her because he was concerned the she would go mad.

Arbaaz Khan asked her in Hindi, “Did you perform movie scenes in front of a mirror?" To which, Waheeda replied, “My father used to tell my mother to take care of me as he worried I will go mad. One day, he called me and asked why do I do that, and I said my heart wants the world to smile when I smile, and cry when I cry.” Arbaaz told her, “You showed all the signs of becoming an actor.”

Waheeda remembered being asked to change her name for movies. She responded to it and stated in the promo, “Excuse me, it is my own name. My parents have given it to me, why should I change my name? I am ready to work hard, but a few things about which I don't feel comfortable, I will not do it because I won't be able to.”

Waheeda Rehman is one of the finest actresses of Hindi film industry. She made her acting debut with the Telugu film Rojulu Marayi in 1955 and rose to prominence with her collaborations with filmmaker Guru Dutt through the romantic dramas Pyaasa and Kaagaz Ke Phool. On the personal front, Rehman married Shashi Rekhi in April 1974. She has 2 children, Sohail Rekhi and Kashvi Rekhi. Both are writers.
